Students participating in my "Mosaic from the Mind's Eye" workshop will exhibit their mosaic mandalas reflecting the inner-worlds of creative process. The work is testimony not only to formal and experimental mosaic techniques but also to a more inclusive way of seeing. Each unique mandala becomes the container, and the outward expression, of worlds that extend beyond and within the mind. Please come and enjoy these powerful pieces! The artists and instructor will be present at the reception on Tuesday, May 9th.
This exhibition ties into the Mosaics from the Mind's Eye 9-week workshop which will be offered at IMA again this fall: Tuesday evenings, September 26 - November 21, 2006.
