This interior mosaic wall mural, measuring 130 ft. x 9 ft. was made by 309 adolescent homeless client youths of Larkin St. Services. Ages of youths involved were from 10 to 20 years old. The work consists of ninety-six panels, 2 ft. x 4 ft. each, set in 24 sections. The open-themed project expresses issues important to the youth including homelessness, violence, gender preference, and substance abuse as well as cultural and personal ones. Materials include tile, stone, glass, metal, and skateboard trucks.
